The Zeb B. Barfield, Inc. Auction Facility is a 10,000 square foot facility, with a carpeted gallery area for displaying furniture, lighting, table-lots, & carpets. Our building sits on 12 acres with adequate parking, handicapped parking, office, concession, storage-rooms, handicapped restrooms, great lighting, showcases, and we always display on cloth to-the-floor table cloths.

We use both stationary and portable sound systems depending what we’re selling and what area of the facility we are in. Our arrangement will allow for multiple auctioneers to sell at the same time without interruption.

Our bidder registration, clerking, and payout is done via wireless computer terminals. The instant an item is sold, you could step up to the window & pay for it, and the information is in the office, just that fast. Whether you’re buying or selling you get a complete itemized print out of your purchases or sales.

We guarantee payment from our Auction Company Escrow Account within (5) business days following the auction. The Sate of Virginia says we have (30), but we pay in (5), and can actually pay you the day of the auction, if your situation requires that.

We accept Visa & Master Card. We allow for absentee & phone bidding, as well as real-time on-line bidding, or on-line only bidding.

Our facility is the newest auction facility within a 100 mile radius, and we would be happy to have you attend, or meet with us at any time.
