BUYERS WHO DO NOT OR CANNOT TAKE POSSESSION OF THE ITEM THEY PURCHASE:  If a bidder is unable to receive an item purchased because he/she is denied transfer of a firearm under legal restriction, or is unable to successfully arrange export or import of an international purchase, or for any other reason not solely the fault of ZBB Inc, the buyer is still responsible for payment in full for the hammer price plus applicable buyer's premium.  The buyer may request shipment at the buyer's expense to an FFL dealer to resell a gun on the buyer's behalf.  If buyer does not notify ZBB Inc of such arrangements within 10 days of the auction date, ZBB Inc may resell the lot at a future auction, charging the buyer a 30% seller’s commission for doing so.

TAKING POSSESSION OF YOUR FIREARM: Anyone who purchases a firearm from ZBB Inc will fill out a 4473 and undergo a NICS check. Buyers may choose their FFL dealer and have it shipped to them. If the individual purchasing the firearm is NOT the FFL dealer, the dealer must provide a shipping address to have the item sent to, as well as the name of the individual who they will be transferring the item to. If your firearm falls under the C&R classification, please provide us with proper documentation that you are a collector of such items via email. Please email all FFL's and C&R's to zeb@zebsauctions.com. No paperwork/background check required for FFL holders

NONTRANSFER OF FIREARM: Any firearm that is made prior to 1898 AND does not fire modern ammunition is considered an antique and does not require a background check and/or transfer. If the auction company does not disclose on a specific item that said item does not require a transfer, and the buyer believes that it does NOT require a transfer,  it is the responsibility of the BUYER to provide the auction firm with documented proof that the item 1) is made prior to 1898 and 2) does not fire modern ammunition. If each of those items are not met, the firearm will undergo a transfer, absolutely NO exceptions. ANY firearm with a visible serial number will be subject to transfer unless documentation is provided to ZBB Inc by the buyer that said firearm falls under the antique classification.

AS MANY OF YOU KNOW, FIREARMS ARE A SENSITIVE SUBJECT, AND WE APPRECIATE EVERYONES COOPERATION TO KEEP ALL TRANSACTIONS 100% LEGAL AND IN ACCORDANCE TO ALL RESTRICTIONS AND REGULATIONS SET FORTH BY THE BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, AND FIREARMS.
